TAKE HALF A BUKET OF COLD WATER. TAKE 2 SMALL TERRY TOWELS, SOAK THEM INTO WATER. SQUEEZE ONE OF THE TOWELS AND PLACE IT ON THE AFFCTED PART. KEEP IT FOR HALF MIN ON THE AFFECTED PART. TAKE THE TOWEL AND REPAET IT THE SAME.THEN COVER THE BODY WITH A WARN BLANKET FOR 5 MINUTES
